The air pistol Gamo PT-85 is inspired by modern military handguns. Its internal mechanism is powered by a single 12 g CO2 cartridge located directly in the grip. One cartridge allows you to fire up to 60 shots with a muzzle velocity of 140 m/s.
The pistol’s construction is made from a combination of metal and polymer, which provides an ideal balance between durability and low weight. All important components are made of metal: trigger, safety, hammer, barrel, and the entire internal mechanism. The frame of the pistol, on the other hand, is made of polymer.
Given the presence of a rifled barrel and rotary magazines, the recommended and optimal ammunition is standard diabolo pellets. The magazine consists of an elongated plastic housing with two rotary clips at both ends, with a total capacity of 16 pellets. Once emptied, the magazine must be pulled out, turned around, and reinserted with the full rotary clip facing the chamber.
The double-action DA trigger mechanism allows you to cock the hammer by simply pulling the trigger, but this operation can be made easier by pre-cocking it manually. Cocking the hammer is done only before the first shot; after that, it is cocked automatically by the slide. A manual safety located at the rear right side just under the slide is used to secure the trigger.
On the top, there are fixed sights with a three-dot system consisting of three white dots. For mounting additional accessories, there is a lower Picatinny rail. Textured grip zones ensure maximum hand adhesion to the grip in all conditions. The same purpose is served by the serrations on both sides of the slide.
The special set includes targets (100 pcs) and a fabric holster.
