The Hunter series from the Spanish manufacturer GAMO has become one of the most popular among customers. As one of the few models, it is equipped with a wooden stock that has decorative checkering at the grip and fore-end.
The grip is universal and the cheek piece is slightly shaped for right-handed shooters, but it can also be comfortably used by left-handed shooters. The stock is finished with a rubber buttpad that absorbs recoil.
The trigger guard is made of metal and you will also find a manual safety located in front of the trigger. The air rifle is also equipped with open sights fitted with fibre optic inserts, i.e. the TRU-GLO system. The front sight is protected by a metal hood.
Our experience: The metal trigger guard is a big advantage in this price range. The 16 Joule power allows shooting up to 50 metres.

I was choosing between the gamo hunter and the cometa fenix, I chose the gamo
because I liked the beautiful wooden stock with nice engraving, the rifle is
accurate even at longer distances.
I don't regret my choice, after shooting 3000pcs. The spring broke, then
I claimed the rifle and got a new one and I am still shooting.
