The ergonomically shaped black polymer stock is suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters and has an adjustable cheekpiece. Recoil absorption is provided by a rubber buttpad at the end of the stock.
Ekol Thunder FM has a fixed barrel and is cocked using an underlever located under the barrel.
The rifled barrel is 460 mm long. TruGlo sights with fibre-optic inserts help you with precise aiming. The rear sight is adjustable. The rifle is also equipped with 11 mm dovetails for mounting a riflescope.
The manual safety is very easily accessible and is located inside the trigger guard. If you move it closer to the trigger, the rifle is on safe. To disengage it, simply push it forward.
