How about a spring break-barrel air rifle with the look of a real assault rifle M16? The Turkish manufacturer Ekol has fitted a classic air rifle with a polymer housing and you can see the result for yourself. If you want to stand out from the crowd and have an unusual air rifle, then the Ekol MS450 is the right choice.
In principle it does not differ from a classic break-barrel. Likewise, the rifled barrel with a length of 375 mm is nothing out of the ordinary. It is designed for lead pellets in 4.5 mm calibre. The plastic stock is extendable, so it can be adjusted to the shooter’s needs.
It shares with the live-fire original the typical removable carrying handle, which contains a height and windage adjustable aperture sight, exactly as we know it from the M16. The fixed sights can be replaced with an optic, which can be mounted on a 22 mm rail hidden under the handle.
The manual safety is located inside the trigger guard and is operated by pushing it forwards and backwards. The air rifle even features sling swivels. For more comfortable shooting the manufacturer has included a plastic bipod in the package.
- Realistic M16 appearance
