New videos and reviews every day 6000+ reviews from our customers The Italian company Bruni presents a beautiful replica of the legendary Colt 1911, designed for 4.5 mm steel BB pellets. It is ideal for recreational and informal target shooting and, thanks to the blowback system, it closely replicates the behaviour of a real pistol.
The frame and slide are made of metal, which guarantees high durability, but also results in a higher overall weight of the gun. The grips are made of plastic and fit well even in larger hands.
The pistol is powered by a 12 g CO2 cartridge, which is inserted directly into the magazine. In addition to this, the magazine holds a total of 19 steel BB pellets.
The Single Action trigger mechanism is identical to that of the live-fire original. The trigger therefore has a much shorter travel and lighter pull. Since the pistol is equipped with a blowback system, i.e. a moving slide imitation, shooting with it is very realistic.
Also functional is the grip safety typical for the Colt 1911 and its clones. If you are not holding the pistol securely in your hand and the grip safety is not depressed, the gun cannot be fired. Naturally, there is also the classic manual safety located on the left side of the frame directly under the slide.
