Whitetail Hunter 400XTR is a new version of the popular compound crossbow from the American manufacturer Barnett. Compared to its predecessors, it offers even more power and more compact dimensions. The draw weight reaches 205 pounds and the bolt leaves the limbs at a speed of up to 400 fps, which is approximately 122 metres per second.
This model has an extended stock and a composite integrated foot stirrup directly in the riser (Step-through Riser). In this way, greater strength and compactness of the whole crossbow were achieved.
The lightweight and open stock design together with the Mossy Oak Bottomland camo pattern give the crossbow a unique look, and the entire weapon is built on the Single Bolt Assembly system. This elegantly simple system secures the limbs and cams to the stock using a single central bolt.
The high-quality metal trigger mechanism Trigger Tech ensures a smooth and precise shot. The safety against accidental discharge is ambidextrous. Other safety features include a finger guard that protects your fingers from the movement of the string.
There is also a 22 mm Weaver rail on which you can mount the supplied 4x32 crossbow scope. The package also includes a hand cocking aid, two Barnett Headhunter carbon bolts with a length of 55.8 cm, a quiver and string wax.
