AirMaks Arms is a completely new player in the field of PCP air rifles. It was founded only in 2018 in Prague, but don’t be mistaken – behind this brand stand experienced designers who are definitely no newcomers to the industry and already have some PCPs to their name.
The brand-new AirMaks Caiman model does not deny a certain similarity to the Turkish Ataman BP17. Both guns were in fact drawn by the same hands. However, the similarity ends with the appearance. Inside the beech stock, which is made for AirMaks by the Spanish Cometa, there is a completely new system. A special feature is the trigger mechanism built vertically, which pays off in the form of space saving. The Caiman is a true predator and ranks among the smallest and lightest bullpups. The barrels come from domestic production. The sound moderator is solved in a very elegant way; it can be additionally adjusted to further increase its effectiveness.
Katran is a truly impressive air rifle. It combines light weight, pleasant ergonomics, a sophisticated loading system and uncompromising accuracy. All this while maintaining an attractive price.
The AirMaks Krait will captivate you at first glance with its compact dimensions. Don’t be fooled though; despite its small size this model still offers solid performance and accuracy. All thanks to the bullpup design, which allows the gun to have a full-length 400 mm barrel while still maintaining a very compact overall length that does not exceed 605 mm.
